Key Responsibilities

- Operate heat treatment furnaces (GCF)
- Perform hardening, tempering processes
- Monitor temperature, cycle time, and cooling procedures
- Inspect treated materials for hardness and quality standards
- Maintain process records and production reports
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Working on Metal grades
- EN8, EN9, EN353

Requirements :

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgy field
- Experience in heat treatment or furnace operations preferred
- Proficient knowledge of metallurgy and metal properties
- Ability to read technical instructions and use measuring tools
