Job Title: EV Maintenance & Service Technician

Job Overview

- We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our fleet of electric bikes in top-performing condition. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, quick repairs, and ensuring that every Bolt EV on the road is safe and efficient for our riders.

Key Responsibilities

- Routine Inspections: Conduct daily "Health Checks" on bikes (tyre pressure, brake pads, lights, and horn).

Battery & Electrical Care: Monitor battery health, charging cycles, and ensure wiring/connectors are secure and moisture-free.

Mechanical Repairs: Handle common 2-wheeler issues like suspension tuning, brake cable tightening, and body-part replacements.

Troubleshooting: Use basic diagnostic tools to identify sensor issues or controller faults.

Roadside Assistance:



Occasionally provide quick on-site support if a rider reports a breakdown within the city.

Inventory Management: Keep track of spare parts (tyres, bulbs, brake pads) and inform the Hub Manager when stock is low.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Background: Electrical Knowledge: Basic understanding of DC circuits, batteries, and motors. Detail-Oriented: A "safety-first" mindset—you don't let a bike leave the hub if the brakes are even slightly loose.

Local Navigation: Should be comfortable riding around Indore for occasional field repairs.
