IT Dialer Technician

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, configure, and maintain Vicidial / GoAutoDial / Asterisk dialer systems.
- Create, monitor, and optimize inbound, outbound, and blended campaigns.
- Resolve real-time dialer issues including login failures, SIP issues, dropped calls, audio problems, and lead uploads.
- Troubleshoot VoIP, network, and softphone-related issues (Zoiper, X-Lite, Eyebeam).
- Coordinate with telecom providers, SIP carriers, and ISPs for DID, SIP, and connectivity concerns.
- Perform server maintenance including updates, backups, patches, security checks, and log cleaning.
- Monitor dialer performance, agent productivity, and system uptime throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Support teams to improve dialer efficiency.
- Generate daily reports and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Train, guide, and support junior IT technicians.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Kolkata BPO industry as Dialer Technician / IT Support.




- Strong hands-on knowledge of Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, SIP, and VoIP systems.
- Proficiency in Linux environments (CentOS / Ubuntu).
- Good networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, VPN, static IPs.
- Experience handling high-pressure operational issues, especially during night shifts.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, lead management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience supporting US, UK, or Australia calling processes is preferred.

Work Schedule:

- Full-Time (Work From Office)
- 6 days a week
- Rotational or fixed shifts based on business requirements
