Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery :
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on dialysis procedures, equipment operation, patient care, and safety protocols.
- Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, and study materials in alignment with curriculum guidelines and industry standards.
- Supervise and guide students during clinical training sessions in collaboration with affiliated hospitals or dialysis centers.
- Monitor student and center progress and provide timely feedback on performance.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student competencies and readiness for certification.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to review and enhance the curriculum to ensure it meets current industry practices and standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
