Job Title: Computer Hardware Technician

Department: IT (Hardware technician only)

Summary: Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and repair computer problems.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Order and stock computer hardware and software.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest computer hardware and software technologies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fresher with relevant hardware technician knowledge can also apply.
- 1+ years of experience in computer hardware and software repair.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer problems.
- Excellent customer service skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
