Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, and ventilation units
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Identify potential risks and ensure safe operation of equipment
- Perform cleaning, servicing, and system adjustments as required
- Attend emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently
- Maintain daily logs, service reports, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and client requirements
- Support site team and assist in resolving customer queries

Requirements :





- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance
- Experience with chiller plants and large HVAC systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work in shifts and handle site responsibilities
- Immediate joiners preferred
