Job Description: Counter Salesperson - SPC Tyres

About SPC Tyres

We are dealers for Tyres, Tubes and Batteries in Ahmedabad. We also provide all Tyre and Battery related services like Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, Road Force Wheel Balancing, Tyre repair, Battery charging. We have four stores in Ahmedabad at Sarangpur, Satellite, Maninagar, Naranpura. Shah Patel & Company Smooth Solution For Your Vehicles.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
- Recommend tyres, services (balancing, alignment), and accessories based on customer needs.
- Process sales, generate bills, and manage cash/transactions accurately.
- Maintain stock levels, check inventory, and inform management of low stock or incoming shipments.
- Provide product information, explain promotions, schemes, warranty, and deals clearly.
- Record daily sales, maintain logs, and assist in reporting.
- Coordinate with technicians and service team for customer requests.
- Maintain clean and organized counter area.




- Follow company policies and ensure high standards of customer service.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year experience in retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel).

Working Hours

- Full time, [Monday to Saturday 10 am to 8 pm | Sunday 10 am to 2 pm ]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience :

- 10 key typing: 1 year (preferred)
