Job Title : RO & Cooling Maintenance Operator.

**Job Summary:

- **

The RO & Cooling Maintenance Operator is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems and cooling systems (cooling towers/chillers) to ensure productive and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Operate and monitor RO plant systems , including pumps, membranes, filters, and pipelines

- Perform routine checks on water quality parameters such as TDS, pH, and conductivity

- Carry out backwashing, chemical dosing, and cleaning (CIP) of RO systems

- Maintain and monitor cooling towers, chillers, and associated equipment :

- Ensure proper water circulation, temperature control, and chemical treatment in cooling systems





- Identify and troubleshoot faults in RO and cooling equipment

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field

- Basic knowledge of RO systems and water treatment processes :

- Understanding of cooling tower operation and maintenance :

- Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Experience :

- 2-4years of experience in RO plant or cooling system operations preferred.
