A Service Advisor at a Bajaj Workshop (such as Arun Automobiles ) acts as the vital bridge between the customer and the technical team. This role is less about "selling" a new vehicle and more about "consulting" on the health and longevity of the customer’s bike—be it a KTM, Triumph, Pulsar, Dominar, Platina or Chetak.

Job Summary

The Service Advisor is responsible for the entire customer journey within the workshop—from the moment a bike enters the service bay to the final delivery. You will diagnose mechanical issues, translate technical jargon into straightforward terms for customers, and ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Reception & Diagnosis : Greet customers arriving for service, listen to their complaints (e.g., engine noise, braking issues), and perform a preliminary visual inspection or road test.
- Job Card Preparation : Create accurate digital job cards in the Dealer Management System (DMS), clearly listing the customer’s concerns and the estimated cost/time for repairs.




- Technical Liaison : Coordinate with the Floor Supervisor and Technicians to ensure the work is progressing as per the "Promised Time."
- Value-Added Services (VAS) : Educate customers on the benefits of preventive maintenance, such as engine flushing, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and specialized coatings.
- Cost Management : Inform customers promptly if additional repairs are discovered during the service and obtain their approval before proceeding.
- Final Quality Check : Ensure the bike is clean and the reported issues are resolved before handing it back to the customer.
- Post-Service Follow-up : Call customers 48-72 hours after service to ensure they are satisfied and address any "repeat" complaints immediately.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
