Job Title : Technician - CCTV, Alarm & Smart Automation

Location : Tamil Nadu (Multiple Locations)

Experience : 0-10 Years

Qualification :

- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
- Technical knowledge preferred

Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems (IP & Analog)
- Install & maintain alarm systems, smart door locks, biometric/attendance systems, intercom, PA systems, entrance automation, and home automation devices
- Perform cable laying, crimping, rack installation, and basic network configuration
- Conduct preventive maintenance and attend service calls
- Coordinate with the team to complete installations on time
- Provide basic operational training to clients
- Prepare service reports, job sheets, and update documentation

Skills Required :

- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, networking, low-voltage systems
- Basic understanding of LAN, IP settings, NVR configuration
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Willingness to travel and work on-site
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Training Details :

- Duration: 1 to 3 months (Direct + On-site training)
- Training materials provided
- During Training: ₹12,000 salary + conveyance

Salary & Benefits :

- After training: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 based on performance
- Incentives applicable after training completion

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
