Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) - Job Description

A Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and sometimes plumbing or HVAC systems within a facility, plant, hotel, hospital, or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
- Inspect systems and identify faults or safety risks
- Repair motors, pumps, lighting, wiring, compressors, and control panels
- Monitor facility equipment performance and maintain service records
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Use maintenance tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment





Required Skills :

- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork

- Time management and multitasking ability

Qualifications :

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related trade
- Experience in facility management, manufacturing, hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings preferred
- Certifications in electrical safety or HVAC can be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
