Job Overview

Are you a tech-savvy person who loves talking to people and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty? Bolt EV is looking for a unique Sales & Service Associate. You will be the bridge between our high-quality electric bikes and our riders. Half your day will be spent growing our community (Sales), and the other half ensuring our fleet is in top-notch condition (Maintenance).

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth: Pitch our rental and lease-to-own plans to potential riders. Handle inquiries, conduct test rides, and convert "walk-ins" into long-term subscribers.

Technical Maintenance: Perform routine "preventive" maintenance (brake checks, tyre pressure, battery health scans) and handle minor on-site repairs.

Customer Education: Explain the benefits of EVs, how to maximize battery range, and how to use our SaaS app for fleet management.

Fleet Readiness: Ensure bikes at the hub are charged, cleaned, and technically sound before deployment.





Problem Solving: Act as the first line of support for riders experiencing technical issues, either at the hub or via phone.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The "Double Threat": You have a knack for sales/negotiation and a basic understanding of 2-wheeler mechanics (specifically EV electricals).

Communication: Fluent in Hindi/Hinglish with the "Indori Swag" to build rapport with local riders.

Tech Literacy: Comfortable using smartphone apps and digital payment tools.

Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or 1-2 years of experience in an automobile showroom/service center.
