Job Summary

D&H; Secheron is looking for an experienced plant electrician with 2-5 years in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in welding consumables manufacturing (welding electrodes, flux-cored wire, MIG/SAW wire). Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining production machines, ovens, wire drawing lines, mixers, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance of wire drawing machines, copper coating lines, mixers, extrusion units, briquetting presses, and baking/drying ovens.
- Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, relays, contactors, control panels, heaters, sensors, and temperature controllers.
- Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and support new machine installation.
- Maintain MCC/PCC/DB/APFC panels,



earthing systems, and power distribution.
- Follow LOTO, electrical safety, and plant EHS guidelines.
- Prepare basic maintenance reports, checklists, and shift handovers.

Qualifications :

- ITI+ Wireman License OR Diploma in Electrical
- 2-5 years of plant electrical maintenance experience
- Hands-on with VFDs, motor controls, control circuits, heater circuits
- Basic knowledge of PLC I/O troubleshooting preferred
- Robust electrical troubleshooting
- Panel wiring & MCC/LT maintenance
- Heater/oven electrical circuit understanding

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
