Job description: Position : Commis I - Asian Cuisine Location :Navi Mumbai Airport Department : Culinary
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook dishes from Asian cuisine as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines strictly.
- Support in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Asian cuisine.
- Knowledge of various Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
