Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings in required quantities.
- Ensure proper dough fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques.
- Operate pizza ovens (stone/wood-fired/electric) efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstation.
- Manage inventory of pizza ingredients and place orders as required.
- Maintain portion control and minimize wastage.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff or helpers.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,684.36 - ₹37,505.30 per month
