About the Role

We’re looking for a Pizza Oven Chef to run the oven station at our premium coffee house in Nashik . If you love working with dough, understand fermentation, and enjoy the craft of baking pizzas and flatbreads, this role is for you.

You’ll be the person behind the oven making sure every pizza, pide, sourdough, and flatbread comes out perfectly baked, crispy where it should be, and consistently delicious.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the science of dough and the art of baking.

What You’ll Be Doing, Master the Oven

- Prepare and bake pizzas, pide, flatbreads, sourdough breads, and other oven-baked items :

- Manage oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect texture and consistency

- Maintain high standards for taste, presentation, and quality

Dough & Fermentation

- Prepare pizza and bread dough from scratch

- Manage dough fermentation, proofing, and resting times :

- Ensure consistency in dough texture and quality

Food Prep & Assembly

- Prepare toppings and ingredients for oven dishes
- Assemble pizzas and baked items according to recipe standards
- Ensure portion control and plating consistency

Quality & Kitchen Standards





- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the oven station
- Ensure ingredients are stored and handled properly
- Maintain consistency in every item served from the oven

Work with the Kitchen Team

- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team during service hours
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods
- Help maintain a smooth and productive service flow

Who We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with pizza ovens or baking stations

- Strong understanding of dough preparation and fermentation :

- Experience making pizza, flatbreads, or similar oven-based dishes :

- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours

- Passion for baking and attention to detail

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience working with sourdough or artisanal bread :

- Have worked in a pizzeria, bakery, or café kitchen :

- Enjoy experimenting with dough techniques and new recipes
