Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, etc.) as per standard recipes
- Ensure proper mise-en-place before service
- Follow instructions from CDP/Sous Chef for daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per food safety guidelines
- Properly store and handle raw materials and ingredients
- Support in stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory control
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Assist in minimizing food wastage

Requirements :

- Basic knowledge of Asian cuisine (wok cooking, sauces, ingredients, etc.)
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good team player with a positive attitude

Skills :

- Basic knife skills and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of Asian spices, sauces, and cooking methods
- Time management and multitasking
- Attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
