About Us

La Saveur French Bakers is a premium bakery brand in Jaipur known for high-quality artisan breads, pastries, and celebration cakes. We are expanding and looking for a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our bakery production.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete bakery and pastry production
- Ensure consistency in breads, pastries, and cakes
- Develop and standardize new recipes
- Manage and train kitchen staff
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory
- Maintain hygiene and FSSAI compliance
- Plan daily and bulk production efficiently

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Artisan breads (sourdough, baguette, multigrain)
- Laminated pastries (croissant, Danish, puff)
- Premium cakes (fondant, mousse, tea cakes)
- Bulk bakery production planning
- Basic chocolate work (preferred)

⚠ Practical trial is mandatory before final selection.





Experience Required

- Minimum 5-8 years in bakery/pastry
- At least 2 years in leadership role
- Experience in premium bakery preferred
- Hotel or reputed bakery background is a plus
