Curriculum Development & Instruction : Create and deliver lesson plans focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills tailored to different learning levels (PreK-12).

- Assessment and Evaluation : Evaluate student progress through exams, assignments, and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management : Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment, encouraging student participation.
- Cultural Education : Introduce German culture, traditions, history, and literature, often organizing extracurricular events.
- Individualized Support : Provide extra help for students struggling with the language, adapting teaching methods to individual needs.
- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with staff, attend meetings, and communicate with parents regarding student progress.





Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Education : Bachelor’s or Master's degree in German Language, Education, or a related field.
- Certification : Valid teaching certification/license (e.g., B.Ed.) is often required or preferred.
- Language Proficiency : High proficiency in German (often C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.
- Experience : Prior experience teaching German to children or teenagers, particularly in a school setting.
- Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, classroom management, and technological skills
