Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership

- Oversee curriculum planning and implementation for pre-primary classes in line with CBSE guidelines.
- Ensure age-appropriate teaching methods and activity-based learning.
- Monitor and evaluate teacher performance and classroom practices.
- Introduce innovative early childhood pedagogy and digital learning tools.

2. Administrative Duties

- Supervise daily operations of the pre-primary section.
- Coordinate timetables, schedules, and resource allocation .
- Maintain compliance with CBSE policies and school regulations .
- Assist the Principal in staff recruitment and training .

3. Student Welfare

- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young children.
- Oversee discipline, health, and hygiene practices .
- Encourage extracurricular and co-curricular activities for holistic development.

4. Parent & Community Engagement

- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress .
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and orientation programs .




- Build trust and collaboration between school and families.

5. Essential Skills & Qualities

- Strong leadership in early childhood education :

- Excellent communication skills with parents and staff

- Empathy and patience for working with young children

- Organizational ability to manage operations smoothly

- Knowledge of CBSE guidelines and child-centered pedagogy

6. Challenges

7. Experience

Minimum of 3 years from Pre Primary Segment

8. Qualifications

Any Graduate with B.Ed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
