Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Foster the development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Hindi.
- Integrate Hindi learning with transdisciplinary units of inquiry wherever appropriate.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and language abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with homeroom teachers and specialist teachers to support holistic student development.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning, school events, exhibitions, and professional development initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and learning goals.
- Promote international-mindedness while celebrating Indian culture and linguistic heritage.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Primary Grades.
- Experience teaching Hindi within an IB PYP, international,



or progressive school environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and concept-driven learning.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
- Passion for student-centered education and continuous professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications :

- IB PYP training or certification.
- Experience with multilingual learners.
- Familiarity with transdisciplinary planning and assessment practices.
- Prior experience in an international school setting.
