We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and compassionate Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support for a preschool-aged child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves assisting the child within a classroom workplace to bridge the gap between the general curriculum and their unique learning, social, and sensory needs.

Work Schedule & Commitment

- Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities - I mplify and break down instructions from the lead teacher into manageable steps . Recognize early signs of sensory overload and provide calming strategies or "cool off" periods as needed. Serve as a link between the child, the lead teacher, and the parents to share daily progress and coordinate support strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience : Prior experience working with special needs children is preferred .
- Education : A background in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field is an advantage.
- Skills : High level of patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
