About the Role : Key Responsibilities :

- teachers can tailor lessons to individual needs and guide children in their learning journey.
- Guide children in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development following Montessori methods.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress, documenting milestones and learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall school mission and culture.
- Ensure safety, hygiene,



and emotional well-being of all children in the classroom.

Requirements :

- 6 months to 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or preschool setting.
- Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.

Pay: ₹12,799.64 - ₹15,323.53 per month
