Teacher Responsibilities :

- Primary teacher to teach English, Math and EVS for class 1 to 3. :

- Main ResponsibilitiesTeaching

Classroom Management

- Maintain a safe, clean, and happy classroom.
- Ensure discipline through positive guidance.
- Display students' work and keep the classroom attractive.
- Maintain attendance and classroom records.

Student Care

- Take care of the students' academic, emotional, and social well-being.
- Encourage good manners, values, and healthy habits.
- Ensure the safety of students throughout the school day.

Parent Communication

- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings.
- Inform the Coordinator about any important student concerns.

School Responsibilities

- Participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, and meetings.
- Assist during admissions and other school programmes.
- Complete all school records and reports on time.
- Follow all school rules and policies.

Professional Expectations

The Mother Teacher should:

- Be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
- Be caring, patient, and respectful towards all students.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues and school staff.




- Maintain confidentiality regarding students and school matters.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Principal or Coordinator.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Conduct activities that make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
- Check classwork, homework, and assess students regularly.
- Help students who need extra support.

Educational Requirements :

- Any Bachelor's Degree
- A relevant teaching certificate
- Practical experience in using Computer.
- Be passionate and committed
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
