Job Title : Pre-Primary Teacher (Nursery / LKG / UKG)

Job Summary : We are looking for a passionate and dedicated, Nursery, LKG / UKG Teacher to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will focus on developing basic academic skills, social behavior, creativity, and confidence through activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for Nursery, LKG / UKG students
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, phonics, shapes, colors, and general awareness
- Develop children’s communication, social, and motor skills
- Maintain a safe, caring, and disciplined classroom environment
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
- Monitor and record each child’s progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Organize classroom activities, storytelling, rhymes, and creative learning
- Participate in school functions, events, and celebrations
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and records

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum Qualification : Graduate or Diploma / Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCE / Montessori) preferred.
- Experience teaching kindergarten is an advantage
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patient, caring, and child-friendly personality
- Creative and energetic teaching approach

Salary : Fresher (0-1 year) ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month
