Position Details Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher Department: Early Childhood Education

Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities.

Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, phonics, rhymes, and storytelling.

Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment.

Develop children’s social, emotional, motor, and communication skills.

Use creative teaching aids, games, music, and art activities for learning.

Maintain classroom discipline with positive reinforcement techniques.

Observe and track each child’s progress and behavior.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and activity schedules.

Organize celebrations, events, and classroom displays.

Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.

Required Qualifications Graduate degree in any discipline.

Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent preferred.

Valuable communication skills in English.

Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
