Job Summary

The School Counsellor is responsible for supporting students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral development. The role involves providing counselling services, career guidance, crisis intervention, and collaborating with teachers and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
- Identify students requiring emotional, behavioral, or psychological support.
- Conduct assessments and maintain confidential student counselling records.
- Offer academic, personal, and career guidance.
- Develop intervention plans for students with learning, behavioral, or emotional concerns.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school leadership regarding student welfare.
- Conduct workshops on life skills,



mental health awareness, stress management, bullying prevention, and emotional well-being.
- Assist in conflict resolution and peer relationship management.
- Support students during crisis situations and recommend external professional services when required.
- Promote a secure, inclusive, and positive school environment.
- Participate in parent meetings, school events, and student welfare committees.
- Ensure confidentiality while adhering to school policies and ethical counselling practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
