What is this role? At Testline, we don’t just sell an app; we help students clear life-changing exams like REET and RPSC . As a Counsellor, you are the first person a student talks to. Your job is to listen to their exam fears, offer them the right solution (our app features), and convince them how Testline will help them get that government job. What will you do?

- Talk & Guide : Call aspiring teachers and explain how our AI-driven practice tests can solve their study problems.
- Be a Problem Solver : If a student is confused about which test series to join or how to reduce negative marking, you provide the solution.
- Convert Leads : Use your convincing power to turn interested students into active users/purchaser of the Testline App product.
- Follow-up : Keep in touch with students to ensure they are consistent with their practice and try to upsell the products.

Who are we looking for?

- Educational Background : You have a UG/PG degree . A B.Ed. is a huge plus because you will understand the mindset of a teacher-aspirant perfectly!
- Great Talker :



You can speak clearly, build trust quickly, and handle objections with a smile.
- Solution-Driven : You don't just "sell"; you help. You focus on solving the student's problem first.
- Computer Basics : You know how to use a smartphone and basic Excel to keep track of your calls.
- Language : Fluent in Hindi (Local Rajasthani dialects are a bonus to connect better with our users).
