Position : Primary Teacher (PRT) Location : Granmother’s Arms School

Job Type : Full-Time Grade Level : Primary Classes (Grade I to V) AND LKG Reports to : HM

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare lesson plans in line with school curriculum and academic standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom workplace.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and via regular updates.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for school events, workshops, and planning.
- Ensure child safety and wellbeing at all times.

Requirements :

- Graduate with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.



(Preferred: specialization in Early Childhood or Primary Education)
- NPTT certification is mandatory
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a reputed primary school (freshers with passion for teaching may also apply)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Patience, creativity, and a love for working with young children
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of digital teaching tools
