Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum.
- Supervise academic planning, lesson execution, and assessment standards including examinations
- Monitor classroom teaching and maintain academic quality.
- Implement and oversee Quality Management Systems to ensure continuous improvement in academic and administrative processes.
- Establish quality benchmarks aligned with ICSE standards and school vision.
- Conduct regular academic audits, classroom observations, and performance reviews to maintain excellence.
- Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with ICSE norms and school policies.
- Organise teachers’ training programmes and staff performance evaluations.
- Coordinate examinations, timetables, and academic records.
- Address and resolve concerns of parents, students, and teachers in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Foster strong parent-school partnerships and ensure transparent communication.
- Support student well-being, academic growth, and behavioural development.
- Assist in strategic planning and overall school development.
