Job Description: Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Location : Salem, Tamil Nadu

Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Greeting: Welcome walk-in customers with a warm and professional attitude, understand their requirements, and direct them to the appropriate sales or service executives.
- Call Management: Handle incoming telephone calls efficiently, answer inquiries, take messages, and route calls to the concerned departments.
- Visitor Log Maintenance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date daily log of showroom walk-ins, test rides booked, and customer feedback.
- Front Desk Upkeep: Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Administrative Support: Assist the management with basic data entry, courier handling, and coordinating showroom schedules or events.
- Hospitality: Ensure refreshments are offered to customers and maintain a hospitable showroom environment.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification:



Any Graduate / Diploma holder (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Hospitality (Experience in the automobile sector is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities.
- Appearance: Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
- Languages: Fluent in Tamil; good working knowledge of English is mandatory.
