Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
- Facilitate career counseling
- Handle administrative tasks
- Utilize edtech platforms for optimized work
- Organize sessions with external stakeholders
- Guide students in their profile development
- Collaborate with academic staff

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in data handling, MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint, and newer platforms
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant certifications preferred
- Experience in school counseling roles or similar environments is advantageous,

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
