Job Title : Receptionist - Auto Dealership Company : Skillstride Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Location : IIM Road, Lucknow Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome and attend walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads
- Maintain and update customer and lead records
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in converting leads into successful sales
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and offers
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Schedule appointments and test drives
- Maintain showroom discipline and customer engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred)
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office,



CRM tools is a plus)
- Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close leads

Experience :

- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in reception, customer handling, or sales will be an advantage
