Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers by providing courteous, attentive, and personalized service. This role ensures that every customer feels welcomed, valued, and comfortable throughout their visit to the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Reception & Assistance :

- Welcome customers in a warm and professional manner

- Attend to guests promptly upon arrival

- Escort or direct customers to the appropriate sales executive

- Customer Experience Management :

- Ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance

- Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude at all times

- Appointment & Queue Management :

- Manage customer appointments and walk-ins efficiently

- Handle waiting queues during peak hours with proper coordination

- Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

- Recognize repeat and high-value clients and offer personalized attention

- Maintain basic customer data when required

- Coordination with Sales Team :





- Work closely with sales staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, schemes, and new collections

- Handling Customer Concerns :

- Address customer queries and concerns calmly and professionally

- Escalate complex issues to the store manager when necessary

- Showroom Ambience & Presentation :

- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable

- Uphold the brand’s luxury standards in appearance and behavior

Required Skills :

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle high-end clientele with confidence
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products is an advantage

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

- Luxury jewellery showroom setting

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
