- Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate clothing or accessories.
- Maintain good product knowledge of all items available in the showroom.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products on the shop floor.
- Assist customers in trial rooms and provide styling suggestions if required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the showroom.
- Handle billing coordination and support the cashier if needed.
- Manage stock on the floor and inform the supervisor about low stock.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Required Skills :

Qualification:
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass .
- Experience in retail or garment showroom preferred.
Experience :
- 0-2 years in retail sales (freshers can also apply).

- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Ability to stand for long hours during store operations.
