Job Type : Full-Time Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the service team.
- Welcome guests and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Assign duties and monitor the performance of waiters and service staff.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for smooth order execution.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance in the dining area.
- Train and motivate team members to maintain service standards.
- Prepare shift reports and support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain, Senior Waiter,



or Team Leader in a café, restaurant, hotel, or QSR.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of customer service and restaurant operations.
- Ability to manage a team and work in rotational shifts.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Hotel Management qualification preferred).
