Handle guest payments during check-in/check-out or restaurant billing.
Verify bills, discounts, and payment details.
Maintain proper records of cash receipts and refunds.
Coordinate with accounts and front office departments.
Ensure accuracy in billing and avoid cash shortages/excess.
Follow hotel financial policies and procedures.
Assist guests politely regarding billing queries
