Customer Service & Sales

- Greet customers warmly and take food/beverage orders accurately.
- Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and pricing.
- Upsell additional products (e.g., pastries, snacks, combos) when appropriate.

Payment & Transaction Handling

- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process cash, card, UPI, or other digital payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately.
- Balance the cash drawer and prepare end-of-shift reports.

Coordination & Support

- Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and correct orders.
- Assist with basic café duties during busy periods (e.g., restocking supplies, preparing simple items if required).

Cleanliness & Safety

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and front counter.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs at all times.

Customer Interaction

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
