Counter Executive / Cashier

Job Type : Full-Time Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and take orders professionally.
- Handle billing through POS systems and manage cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- Follow company SOPs and hygiene standards.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Counter Executive or Cashier.

- Experience in a Café, Hotel, Restaurant, Bakery, or QSR is mandatory. :





- Basic knowledge of POS billing software and MS Office.

- Good communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
