We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Kotak 811 Process . This role involves assisting customers with basic banking-related queries through voice support. The position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in the banking and BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound customer calls related to Kotak 811 accounts
- Assist customers with account-related queries, basic banking services, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional communication and follow process guidelines
- Ensure quality service delivery as per company standards

Eligibility Criteria :

- Education : HSC / Any Graduate
- Experience : Freshers can apply
- Communication :



Basic English communication skills required
- Age : As per company norms

Salary & Benefits :

- Salary : ₹15,000 per month
