We are a leading UK-based Supermarket and Online E-commerce store having backing office operations and a Customer Service Team in India.We are looking for smart and energetic people to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities: *

- Min 1 to 5 years experiece :

- Pre-requisites: Good communication skills, Analytical knowledge, Logical thinking, Customer Oriented Service :

- Contacts will be from customers and ensure a superior customer experience.

- Address customer queries in case of payment issues, and respond to other types of inquiries as well. Attention to detail.

- Responsible to attend incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards





- Respond to customer complaints in a skilled manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines

- Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate

Time :9.30.A.M to 7.30.P.M

Salary : ₹20,000 to 22,000.00 per month
