Your Role - Drive Excellence in Air Import Operation Manage end-to-end air import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery

Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines & customers for seamless execution

Ensure accuracy of HAWB, MAWB, invoices & documentation

Closely work with CHA for smooth and timely customs clearance

Deliver proactive shipment updates and exceptional customer service

Handle DO release, cargo arrival, and last-mile coordination

Verify billing, costings & profitability of shipments

Take ownership of issues, delays,



and ensure quick resolution

What We’re Looking For 2-5 years experience in Air Import - Freight Forwarding Strong understanding of air freight operations & documentation Excellent communication & client management skills Ability to handle pressure, multitask & meet deadlines A solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience with international freight forwarding companies

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end air import shipment operations from pre-alert to final delivery

Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, and customers for shipment updates

Review and verify shipping documents (HAWB, MAWB, invoice, packing list, etc.)

Ensure timely customs clearance coordination with CHA

Provide shipment status updates and resolve customer queries efficiently

Monitor cargo arrival, DO release, and delivery planning

Check and approve billing, invoices, and vendor charges

Maintain accurate records in system and ensure compliance with SOPs

Handle discrepancies, delays, and escalate issues when required

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
