We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Associate for our solar division. The role involves handling customer inquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients interested in solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding solar products and services
- Explain solar solutions, pricing, and basic perks to customers
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits or sales
- Coordinate with the sales and installation team for smooth execution
- Maintain customer data and update records in CRM / Excel
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
- Assist in post-sales service and customer satisfaction

Requirements :

- Minimum Qualification:



Graduate / Undergraduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English required)
- Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Freshers with good communication can apply
- Experience in customer service / telecalling / sales is a plus
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
