Job description: Job Description : We are looking for Customer Service Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
- Update customer details and interaction notes in the system
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
- We are hiring ONLY the following profiles: Freshers with ZERO work experience OR

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
