Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain records of client interactions and updates

Requirements :

- Prior experience in customer service or relationship management preferred
