Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Aminia Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Executives for its customer support and calling process. The role involves handling customer calls, assisting with order-related queries, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities :

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Assist customers with order information and general queries
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
- Support daily operational requirements of the calling process
- Maintain accurate call and customer records
- Coordinate with team members for smooth customer service operations

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Mughlai cuisine preferred
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment

Eligibility

- Experience in customer service or telecalling will be an added advantage
