- Represent Sakthi Financial Services, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services/products
- Use CRM tools to engage customers, build trust in Brand Sakthi, and maintain lasting relationships
- Identify Customers Financial needs and to assist them in providing the right solution
- Promptly address customer’s complaints and issues
- Prompt follow-up with customers and assist them in discharging financial transactions to keep financials plans in force
- Process orientation and commitment to deliver result in specified time
Requirements :
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Presentable and multi-tasking skills
- A team player with a customer-centric approach
- Local language proficiency
- Exposure to Financial Products/Services is preferable
Experience : Ø 2 + year of Customer Service experience
Education : Ø Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
