Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product information, sizing guidance, order placement, and payment-related queries.
- Handle order tracking, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently while maintaining brand standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve products and services.
- Ensure a positive and personalized customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Meet customer satisfaction and response-time targets.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools/CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience in the fashion, apparel, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
- Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
