Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive - Sahibs - Chennai

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can be the voice of our brand — ensuring every customer interaction is delightful and every order experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction & Sales Conversion :

- Engage with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, or social media inquiries.

- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.

- Suggest suitable biryani packs or catering options based on the customer’s need.

- Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new customers.

- Follow up for post-delivery feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Handle queries and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach.

- Order Coordination :





- Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch team for timely delivery.

- Support in ensuring quality and accuracy of orders before dispatch.

- Operational Support :

- Assist during bulk order deliveries or corporate catering setups.

- Visit client locations occasionally for servicing and relationship building.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi. :

- Prior experience in Customer Support / Inside Sales / F&B; Operations preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

- Passion for food and customer service mindset.

- Willingness to travel locally for client visits when required

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
