Job Title : Customer Care Executive / Associate

Location : Thane, Mumbai

Salary Range : 15000 k to 23000 k per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to support assist customers, and ensure a smooth user experience with our product/service.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Track customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Support account managers in maintaining client relationships
- Monitor basic customer usage and flag potential issues

Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of customer service / client handling




- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting
- Problem-solving attitude

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
